What Is Pecan Plaza?
Pecan Plaza is a retail development near the southwest corner of FM 407 and Gibbs Road in Northlake, Texas. Office Equity Solutions is developing it for Hillwood.
The name pays homage to the area’s pecan grove history, the same inspiration behind Pecan Square by Hillwood, the award-winning master-planned community about two miles west.
A note on the road name: Gibbs Road is the name Northlake’s Town Council gave to the eastern portion of Cleveland-Gibbs Road when the road was split. You’ll see both names on maps and listings.
