House is leasing. Here's the complete 2026 guide to every confirmed tenant at Harvest Town Center in Argyle, TX — updated as announcements are made. -->
Tom Thumb is open. Chuy's is under construction. Harvest House is leasing. Here's the complete, up-to-date guide to every tenant confirmed at Harvest Town Center — and what's still coming.
Harvest Town Center has been a promise for a long time. The corner of I-35W and FM 407 in Argyle sat largely undeveloped while the neighborhoods around it — Harvest, Pecan Square, and the broader Alliance corridor — filled with thousands of families waiting for the retail amenities to catch up.
2026 is the year the promise becomes reality.
Here is everything confirmed, under construction, and still coming at Harvest Town Center — last updated March 2026. Bookmark this page — we update it as new tenants are announced.
What's Already Open
McDonald's
The golden arches were among the first to open at Harvest Town Center, giving residents a quick drive-thru option right at their doorstep. A familiar anchor that signaled the development was moving forward.
Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A followed closely behind McDonald's — and if you've driven FM 407 recently, you've seen the line. A reliable indicator of a high-traffic, family-oriented trade area.
Chase Bank
Chase Bank completed Phase 1's financial services anchor, giving Harvest and Pecan Square residents convenient access to in-person banking without leaving the corridor.
The Big One: Tom Thumb — Opens March 6, 2026
Address: 1046 Market Way, Argyle TX 76226
Tom Thumb is the anchor tenant Harvest Town Center was built around — 63,000 square feet of full-service grocery with an in-store Starbucks, drive-thru pharmacy, and curbside pickup. The grand opening included the Oscar Mayer Wienermobile, Cowboys legend Drew Pearson, and free food sampling all day.
For Harvest and Pecan Square residents, years of driving to Denton, Flower Mound, or Trophy Club for groceries are officially over.
Coming in 2026: Chuy's Tex-Mex
Expected opening: Late summer 2026
The Austin-born Tex-Mex chain known for fresh, made-from-scratch food, enormous burritos, and a one-of-a-kind atmosphere is under construction at Harvest Town Center now. Construction is scheduled to complete in August 2026. This will be southern Denton County's first Chuy's — the nearest existing location is in Denton at I-35E and Wind River Lane.
Chuy's joining Tom Thumb transforms Harvest Town Center from a convenience stop into a true dining and shopping destination.
Adjacent: Harvest House Luxury Apartments & Townhomes
Now leasing | Full completion: Late 2026 Location: Northeast corner of I-35W & FM 407
While not technically inside Harvest Town Center, Harvest House is the development that will bring hundreds of new customers to these businesses on a daily basis. Hillwood broke ground on this 349-unit luxury multifamily community directly adjacent to Harvest Town Center — the first luxury apartment complex within Argyle ISD.
The breakdown:
- 259 upscale apartments (1–3 bedrooms, 662–1,758 sq ft)
- 90 townhomes with private yards
- Resort-style pool
- 24-hour fitness center
- Co-working spaces with private offices and conference rooms
- Dog park and EV charging stations
- Community-wide private Wi-Fi
- Clubhouse with coffee bar
- Walking distance to Tom Thumb, McDonald's, Chick-fil-A, and Chuy's
Harvest House marks a significant shift in the corridor's housing mix — adding a rental option within Argyle ISD for the first time, serving both young professionals working in AllianceTexas and families who want the school district without the commitment of homeownership.
What's Still Coming: Phase 2
Harvest Town Center is being developed across two phases totaling 138,000 square feet of retail space. Phase 1 is essentially complete with Tom Thumb, Chick-fil-A, McDonald's, Chase Bank, and Chuy's under construction. Phase 2 will add more restaurants, an additional bank, medical office space, and additional retail tenants.
As of early 2026, commercial listings show 16+ spaces still available for lease at Harvest Town Center, designated for retail, medical office, and restaurant use. The leasing contacts at Hillwood are actively working to fill these spaces — and given the traffic Tom Thumb will generate, expect announcements to follow.
What we're watching for in Phase 2:
- Additional sit-down restaurant(s)
- Medical or urgent care office
- A second bank or financial services tenant
- Specialty retail or service businesses

What This Means If You're Considering the Area
For buyers who've been waiting on Harvest or Pecan Square because the amenities weren't quite there yet — they're here. For buyers considering the broader I-35W corridor, this is what a fully realized master-planned community looks like when the retail catches up to the residential.
We live in Harvest. We've watched this corner go from farmland to a full town center in real time. If you have questions about what it's like to live here, or want to explore what's available in Harvest, Pecan Square, Treeline, or anywhere in the Alliance corridor — we'd love to talk.
