Harvest Town Center has been a promise for a long time. The corner of I-35W and FM 407 in Argyle sat largely undeveloped while the neighborhoods around it — Harvest, Pecan Square, and the broader Alliance corridor — filled with thousands of families waiting for the retail amenities to catch up.
2026 is the year the promise became reality.

What's Already Open
McDonald's
The golden arches were among the first to open at Harvest Town Center, giving residents a quick drive-thru option right at their doorstep. A familiar anchor that signaled the development was moving forward.
Chick-fil-A
Chick-fil-A followed closely behind McDonald's — and if you've driven FM 407 recently, you've seen the line. A reliable indicator of a high-traffic, family-oriented trade area.
Chase Bank
Chase Bank completed Phase 1's financial services anchor, giving Harvest and Pecan Square residents convenient access to in-person banking without leaving the corridor.

Phase 2 will add more restaurants, an additional bank, medical office space, and additional retail tenants.
As of early 2026, commercial listings showed 16+ spaces still available for lease at Harvest Town Center, designated for retail, medical office, and restaurant use — current availability may have shifted since, given the traffic Tom Thumb and Chuy's are now generating.
