The Waiting
We met Randy and Katherine two years ago, right around the time God began placing it on their hearts to leave New York and move to Texas. It wasn't an overnight decision. It took two full years of prayer, patience, and trust before that move actually happened.
We watched and waited right alongside them.
And now, with Randy and Katherine settled in Texas and fully part of our team, we can say with confidence: the blessing really is in the waiting. What took shape over those two years wasn't just a relocation — it was the right people landing in the right place at the right time.
Meet Randy — Our New Transaction Coordinator
Randy joins Miranda Realty Team as our Transaction Coordinator, the person responsible for keeping every contract organized, every deadline met, and every deal moving smoothly toward the closing table. Behind every smooth closing our clients experience is a transaction coordinator making sure nothing falls through the cracks — and that's exactly the role Randy now fills for our team.
Meet Katherine — Our New Social Media Manager
Katherine steps in as our Social Media Manager, helping us tell the stories that matter most to the communities we serve. From client closings to community spotlights along the I-35W Alliance Corridor, Katherine will be behind the content that connects our team to the families, neighborhoods, and milestones we're privileged to be part of.
