I never dreamed I would cold plunge! I prefer a hot tub over 28 degree pool water but I was Freezin’ for a Reason benefiting the Tarrant Area Food Bank and conquering my fears of falling into freezing cold water. Wasn’t sure if I would panic in the moment or embrace the discomfort and take ground over my boundaries. God is good, I’m still alive, and I’d do it again. I’m going ALL IN on conquering fears and limiting beliefs in 2024! Who’s with me?
